Quotes and contracts signed online
Send a quote with three options and the couple picks one from their phone. Then the contract: they fill it in, sign it online and the PDF reaches everyone without printing a page.

Signing in SnapBiz is a simple electronic signature: the couple draws their signature, the document is sealed with a SHA-256 fingerprint and an RFC 3161 timestamp, and date, time and device are recorded. It is not a qualified digital signature.
Reusable templates
Write your contract once: couple and wedding details fill in by themselves.
Quotes with options
Offer several packages in one quote; the couple chooses and you see which.
Privacy clauses
GDPR clauses with versions and required flags; SnapBiz records when the couple accepts them.
Signature and timestamp
Drawn signature, document fingerprint and a timestamp from an external timestamping authority.
Status at a glance
Sent, viewed, filled in, signed, completed: you know where each document stands and get an email at every step.
Password-free links
For a single document the couple gets a secure, expiring link: open, fill in, sign.
Frequently asked questions
Is the online signature legally binding?
It is a simple electronic signature with a timestamp, admissible as evidence. It does not replace a qualified digital signature where the law requires one.
Can I use my current contract?
Yes. Paste the text into a template and mark where names, date, venue and amounts go.
Does the couple need an account to sign?
No: for a single document the emailed link is enough. The portal is for giving the couple an archive of all their documents.
