Clients and couples, with personal data encrypted
Couples' names, phone numbers, addresses and tax IDs are personal data. SnapBiz encrypts them before they reach the database, and only people with permission can read them.
Screenshots with sample data.
SnapBiz encrypts clients' first and last names, phone numbers, addresses, tax IDs and notes field by field with Fernet (the cryptography library). The key is not stored in the database: a copy of the data alone would be unreadable.
Encrypted data
Names, contacts, addresses, tax ID and notes are encrypted, and so are the couple's names on wedding records.
Client invoices
Upload invoices to the client record; the couple downloads them from their portal.
Portal invitation
One click sends the couple an invitation to activate their access; resend or revoke it any time.
Protected access
Studio accounts sign in with two-step verification (authenticator app and recovery codes).
